Working Hours of Ploom Zones, Customer Service, and Delivery Schedule During the Holidays

With spring come the non-working days of the Easter and Labour Day holidays, when most of our free time is reserved for family and friends. For that reason, Ploom Experience Zones will operate on a slightly adjusted schedule during the holiday period.

Online Order Delivery During the Easter Holidays

Regarding online order delivery during the holidays, all orders placed by Thursday, April 17th before 1 PM for delivery within Belgrade will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be delivered on Tuesday, April 22nd.

For orders placed by April 17th for delivery across Serbia (outside of Belgrade), delivery will be scheduled for the next working day—April 22nd. Orders placed during the holidays will be scheduled for delivery starting Wednesday, April 23rd.

Online Order Delivery During the Labour Day Holidays

There will be no deliveries from May 1st to May 4th, 2025. All orders placed by 1 PM on Wednesday, April 30th, for delivery within Belgrade, will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be delivered starting Monday, May 5th.

All orders for delivery outside of Belgrade placed by April 30th will also be delivered starting Monday, May 5th. Orders placed during the non-working days (May 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th) will be scheduled for delivery from Wednesday, May 7th.

• Friday, April 18: 10 AM – 6 PM

• Saturday, April 19: 10 AM – 10 PM

• Sunday, April 20: Closed

• Monday, April 21: 10 AM – 10 PM

• Thursday, May 1: 10 AM – 10 PM

• Friday, May 2: 10 AM – 10 PM
